Taken over by Mark and Raewyn Wolfe in 1995 Hand Tool House has been located at 26 King Street Frankton Hamilton, but in Septmber 2009 relocated to 25 Somerset Street Frankton Hamilton.

The company has grown significantly over this time, bringing the servicing centre on board.
